Finally I Am A Master of Professional Studies (And I Still Don't Know What It Means) · Sunday May 18, 2003

I graduated today from New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program with a Master of Professional Studies! And now the hard part, to explain what that means to people. Roughly, ITP is a 2 year graduate program within NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts focused on the creative use of communications technologies. While at ITP, I studied digital storytelling, 3D animation, generative art, and physical computing among other things. I’ve always been a user of technology, but learning to program in a variety of environments while at ITP will allow me to take my creative output to a new level. I can’t help but be very excited about the future.
